What you will do…
–Work 100% remote, working in the convenience of your home during Eastern Standard Time USA.
–Answering phone calls for prospective clients looking for a house cleaning or commercial cleaning services
–Answer phone calls and return phone calls from existing clients
–Assigning jobs to cleaning contractors, confirming appointments, collecting payments
–Send text and email confirmations to cleaners and clients about new jobs, and answer their questions
–Standby as email, phone, and text support as well as customer relations management
–Use critical thinking skills to problem solve and address customer needs
–Being part of a team and contributing to continued excellence
–Match cleaners to customers and their needs
–Data entry
–Follow up with contractors for payment and other documents that need recording
–Create contracts, service proposals, email campaigns, and invoices
–Manage social media accounts and marketing campaigns, upload blog posts
–Manage the hiring process, including creating job listings and scheduling interviews
–Interviewing and hiring new team members.

A quiet environment for answering calls, plus a headset with a microphone arm attached
We hire for both full-time (40 hours/week) and part-time positions. For part-time positions, you must be available 5 hours a day, 5 days a week (the more the better). Shifts are broken into 5 – 8 hour blocks and are scheduled based on the business needs of the House Cleaning Agency and its clients, as well as your availability.
Your pay and benefits will be…
$500/month
$2 commission for every new cleaning job booked
