Job Description

We are currently looking for an exceptional Lead Generation Specialist to join our team. As a Lead Generation Specialist, you will play a crucial role in our company’s success by generating high-quality leads for health insurance and medicare in the state of Florida.

In this position, your primary responsibility will be to produce warm and hot leads for our sales team to follow up with and set appointments. You will be the driving force behind our lead generation efforts, utilizing your expertise to identify potential customers and build relationships with them.

To excel in this role, you must have a proven track record of success in lead generation. We are seeking someone who is highly motivated, results-oriented, and has strong communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
– Develop and implement lead generation
– Conduct sales prospecting activities, including cold calling and email outreach, to generate interest in our health insurance and medicare offerings
– Nurture relationships with leads through ongoing communication and follow-ups
– Set appointments for our sales team to further engage with potential customers
– Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in the health insurance and medicare industry to effectively communicate our offerings to leads
– Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless handoff of leads and provide any necessary support throughout the sales process

Skills and Qualifications:
– Proven experience in lead generation, preferably in the health insurance industry
– Strong sales prospecting skills, including the ability to identify and engage with potential customers
– Proficiency in cold calling and appointment setting techniques
– In-depth knowledge of health insurance and medicare, including the various plans and options available and compliance with in the industry
– Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively convey complex information to leads
– Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed targets
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team, collaborating with colleagues to achieve common goals

Duration:
