Responsibilities include crafting compelling job posts, headhunting, and identifying innovative channels to enrich our recruiting pipeline. **Key Responsibilities:**
– Create and publish job posts across various platforms.
– Actively headhunt and recruit top virtual assistants.
– Explore and implement new strategies to expand our recruitment pipeline.

**Location:** Fully remote.

**Working Hours:** Full-time position, 9-5 PM Eastern Standard Time.

**Compensation:** Salary with performance bonuses. On-target earnings are $1,200+ per month.
