We are seeking a highly motivated Recruiter to join our growing Philippine home-based team on a full-time basis. We need a well-rounded team member with drive & passion for adding value and being a part of a growing company. The position will be varied from working in a team to working individually reporting to the CEO in the UK. Day to day you will be speaking to UK candidates on the phone (VoIP phone provided) to identify/screen/qualify them for all IT related positions. Additionally, you’ll be sourcing candidates via LinkedIn as well as data entry on Excel/Google sheets, CRM and other database.
Working hours
PHT 16:00 to 00:00/17:00 to 01:00 (DST) to assist with the UK time (9:00 to 17:00).

– Identify/screen/qualify candidates for all IT related positions
– Screen and assess qualified candidates on their relevant experience, knowledge, soft skills, and aptitude
