Position Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and highly organised Virtual Assistant to support our recruitment team in sourcing, screening, and managing candidates throughout the hiring process whilst also supporting business development campaigns to attract new clients. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
– Source candidates through various channels, including LinkedIn, CV databases, email campaigns, and job adverts.
– Develop compelling job adverts and post them on our website and LinkedIn to attract top talent.
– Vet CVs against role requirements and shortlist qualified candidates for further evaluation.
– Coordinate candidate and client meetings/calls, managing schedules and logistics efficiently.
– Utilise CRM solution to execute email campaigns to candidates and clients, ensuring timely and personalised communication.
– Maintain detailed records and track progress against specific recruitment campaigns using Excel.
– Communicate with clients and candidates via LinkedIn and email, providing updates and responding to inquiries promptly.
– Enter client and candidate details accurately into the CRM system, ensuring data integrity and completeness.
– Arrange candidate interviews and manage the logistics involved in the interview process.
– Update the status of roles and candidate progress in the CRM system, ensuring real-time visibility for the recruitment team.
– Provide candidates with feedback and updates throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
– Assist with general administrative tasks, including invoicing, contracts, and managing timesheets as needed.
Required Skills and Experience:
– Proven experience in recruitment or a similar role
– Strong proficiency in LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word), and CRM systems.
– Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to engage with candidates and clients effectively.
– Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
– Self-motivated and proactive approach to work, with the ability to work autonomously and prioritize tasks efficiently.
