Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated Virtual Assistant to support our recruitment team in the administration of recruiting internationally qualified nurses to nursing homes in Australia. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing applicants and employers, communicating with candidates, coordinating online tests, reviewing applications and resumes, communicating with employers, scheduling interviews, performing data entry into our Applicant Tracking System, and guiding accepted candidates through the registration process.

Key Responsibilities:
Communicate with candidates and guide them through the application process.
Coordinate online tests and ensure timely completion by candidates.
Review and assess candidate applications and resumes.
Communicate with employers to schedule interviews and provide updates on candidate status.
Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently into our Applicant Tracking System.
Guide accepted candidates through the registration and onboarding process.
Occasionally conduct lead generation.
Provide general administrative support as needed.

Requirements:
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
Proficiency in using basic office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
Previous experience in recruitment, administration, or customer service is preferred but not required.
Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems is a plus.
Sensitivity to cultural differences, particularly with Filipino candidates, is highly desirable.
Must have a reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace.
