Now in its 7th year of trading, the company is at a point to grow and expand, which is why the Virtual Assistant is critical to 2023 mission, working directly with the owner / Founder in the UK time zone, remotely.
Description:
We are looking for an AWESOME virtual assistant to join our mission. No two days will be the same. Supporting the hiring recruiter, the role will cover:
* Sourcing candidates for roles via LinkedIn and job boards
* Messaging candidates / managing replies
* Maintaining and setting up meetings via Google Calendar
* Inputting candidates, data and process through the ATS
* Data entry – CRM
* Email management/filtering
* Managing client contact lists, customer spreadsheets
* Market Mapping / Lead Mapping / Research Tasks
* Prepare and send out email newsletters
* Making travel arrangements
* Preparing and send out email newsletters and campaigns
* Excellent customer service skills
* Set-up social media accounts (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Youtube)
* Manage and update social media accounts
Requirements:
– Experience in remote recruiting
-Experience in LinkedIn Sourcing 
-Degreed or equivalent work experience
-Technically Savvy- Reliable Computer (with camera) and Readily available working backup computer (At least Core I3 Processor, 4GB RAM/higher)
–  Internet connections (3mbps plan or higher with 2mbps running speed)
– Quality Over-Ear headset with noise cancellation

Salary:
$4-5 USD per hour plus bonus / commission
