Virtual Assistant – Recruitment Delivery
We are looking for people with an eye for detail, positive energy, and a desire to grow.
Full training will be provided.
We’re on a mission to redefine the DevOps hiring landscape in the US, and we need *your* expertise to keep the gears turning smoothly behind the scenes.
You will be the first VA hire into the business so there is a great opportunity for vertical and horizontal growth. We will provide you with full training and support on all tasks and tools that we use.
The intention is as our first VA hire, you will in time recruit further VAs that you will lead and manage so the role offers great career progression.
Pay is $4 per hour with many opportunities to earn additional bonuses.
In time, you will also play a bigger role in helping us to grow the business and this will attract significant bonuses so you will have great earning potential.

Key Responsibilities:
– Lead management
– Email management
– Engage potential candidates, fostering strong relationships from the first touchpoint.
– Schedule and manage screening calls, acting as a vital link between candidates and our hiring teams.
– Maintain and organize our tech platforms to ensure efficient, streamlined operations.
Tech Stack Familiarity:
– Trello
– Calendly
– Slack
– LinkedIn
– Google Workspace
Skills & Experience Required:
– Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant working with LinkedIn and email management
– Stellar communication skills, both written and verbal.
– Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
– Strong research skills, coupled with an eye for detail.
– Degree or equivalent work experience
– Quick learner and interest in technology
Tech Savvy
– Good spec modern, and reliable Computer with camera
– Readily available working backup computer
– Internet connection of 50+ mbps. We will test this
– Quality Over-Ear headset with noise cancellation
