Virtual Assistant – Researching and Content Uploading
Side hustle part-time job. You can have your own full-time or part-time work or studying at a university at the same time while doing this job to earn extra money. If you have extra time and want to work more, this is a great opportunity for you.
The tasks are very easy and simple:
1. Researching tasks and copy-pasting.
2. Creating/Updating a list on a spreadsheet or google doc. Using Google Workspace.
3. Drafting a blog article with the help of ChatGPT (prompts will be provided, you will generate the blog, copy paste it on doc, and send it to me)
4. Content uploading on WordPress and downloading stock photos
5. Canva editing
Working conditions:
1. We will communicate through Slack.
2. Flexible working hours. You can finish the task anytime within the day.
3. Monday to Friday. 5 hours/week and could potentially increase up to 10 hours/week depending on how things go. No need to work more than what is required.
4. There are no time trackers. A timesheet will be provided to track tasks and hours you worked.
5. No work on holidays or birthdays. It is up to you how you want to schedule your work and days off. Holidays are not paid. No overtimes.
6. If you can’t work within the week, just let me know.
7. We will use a project management tool to update progress and tasks such as Trello.
Salary:
The pay will be PHP100/per hour.
20 hours a month = PHP 2,000 (for 5 hours/week)
40 hours a month = PHP 4,000 (for 10 hours/week)
I will provide additional payment for SSS, Philhealth, Pag-ibig. You will have to pay the benefits on your own if you wish to add it to your benefits. This will be included in your salary.
SSS – 380
Philhealth – 100 (salary x 0.05 = philhealth rate)
Pag-ibig – 100
Total additional: PHP 580
Total payment:
20 hours a month = PHP 2,580/month (for 5 hours/week)
40 hours a month = PHP 4,680/month (for 10 hours/week)
How to get hired:
1. Send a resume and portfolio if applicable.
2. List down your previous experiences related to the job offered here. If none, just say willing to learn.
3. Shortlisted candidates will be sent a zoom link for an interview.
4. Signing of a contract once you get hired.
5. This is only for Filipinos.

Requirements:
1. This is an entry-level job. No need for experience or a college degree as long as you understand how the job works and deliver the completed tasks.
2. Confidentiality within the work.
3. Preferably computer literate. Someone who already knows how to research basic things, use Google Workspace (spreadsheet, docs, presentation), Canva, and ChatGPT. Familiar with WordPress.
4. You need a laptop or a PC and a good internet speed.
Not required but would be awesome to have, if you don’t have experience in this that’s okay:
– Basic experience in Canva
– Content uploading
– WordPress
If you don’t know how to use the main tools, I can teach you.
Payment process:
– I can either send payment through GCASH or directly through your bank account.
– Payment will be given every end of the month or every end of the week.
Who are qualified:
This is for anyone who wants to earn extra income with a short working hours (less than 10 hours) or for those full-time students (whether Senior High students or college students), virtual employees, or stay-at-home moms. Anyone who wants to do entry-level Virtual Assistant job as a good starting point. I’m looking for individuals who are willing to learn.
You don’t have to work more than what is necessary. You are only required to work short hours and nothing more than that.
