Job Description

We are looking for a Virtual Assistant that is adaptive and not afraid to suggest ideas or ask questions. If you have proven experience in sales/generating leads, calendar/email support, data entry, and invoicing, this is the perfect role for you!

Who we are: Living Needs, we are temporary housing specialists that operate in the supported living/emergency housing sector.

What we do: We partner with organisations in need of temporary or emergency accommodation. We also partner with Landlords seeking a long-term hands-off investment – taking over management of their property through long-term corporate lease. These properties are then made available to non-profit
organisations that need them.

Average starting hours range from 4 hours per day with the ability to grow when work load increases, and if desired. Weekly pay in arrears.

Your responsibilities:

Sales/Generating leads – Contact Landlords and entice them into leasing their property(s) to our company
Email management – support in responding to emails and contacting clients
Diary management – Manage diary and arrange meetings when required, meeting/event preparation and coordination
Social media management – Monitor the social media accounts, engage with other accounts and find ways to generate leads
Task management & data entry – Review weekly objectives and capture weekly actions and leads generated
Client Management – Manage new leads, engage existing clients and maintain relationships as requested.
Finance – Some light bookkeeping, invoicing, and general finance duties, working alongside our Accountant

Required skills and achievements:

Able to prioritise workloads and focus on the tasks that create revenue and/or important to continued business
Results-driven individual, who is a self-starter with excellent attention to detail
A proactive thinker, not just a task doer – someone who is able to use their initiative and decide on the best way to proceed
Technology – proficient with Microsoft Suite (Word, Outlook, Office, Excel), Zoom/Teams
Able to speak excellent english and confident in communicating
