Job Description

A leading provider of corporate coaching for executive teams, needs a remote sales assistant. (LA Time zone)

As a remote sales assistant, you will be responsible for supporting at least 2-3 sales executives.

Although this job is part of the sales team, the role and responsibilities are closer to that of a project manager.

You will be responsible for managing the flow of hundreds of simultaneous top-of-the-funnel sales prospects—acting as a project manager for all the moving pieces involved with all those prospects.

You need to be a “systems” thinker, someone who has a *super* high level of focus, concentration and efficiency in using online platforms to make sure that *none* of the many, many, many simultaneous tasks on your plate at one time…get dropped.

This job requires:

Extremely, almost-obsessively high level of attention-to-detail
High level of fluency in spoken and written English
Very high level of experience with Google Sheets / Excel

Ideal candidates have:

Extensive experience with CRM / database software (preference given to those with Hubspot experience)
Experience in online project management

And although this job is fully remote, you must be able to work West Coast US business hours— 9am – 6pm (PST). Please make sure that works with your life-work balance. We know how challenging it is to work while it’s dark; and to sleep while the sun is up.

There are lots of opportunities for advancement. If you prove yourself capable of handling all the below tasks; you could be entrusted with higher-level, self-directed, creating, and perhaps even managerial responsibilities—with corresponding increases in salary.

Responsibilities:

SALES CALL-RELATED

-Listen to sales calls, take detailed notes, transcribe the audio, and summarize key points

-Assign follow up tasks in a CRM and create next steps following calls

-Assist in scheduling/calendaring calls

-Personalize thank-you notes for client follow-up

SALES PROSPECT-RELATED

-Write summaries of sales clients based on information in a database or public sources on the Internet. You’ll need to synthesize multiple sources of information to create concise, information-packed descriptions of our clients.

-Find email addresses for new contacts, using a paid email search program; and input them into a database. One day it could be 20 lookups; another day it could be 100.

-Fill out HubSpot / CRM database entries of hundreds of clients, based on multiple data sources. (You’re going to be working in and updating our sales database all day. If that doesn’t appeal to you; this isn’t the right opportunity.)

-Ensure call prep and support is complete and available at minimum 3 days before meetings

MISC

-Create client folders and maintain document uploading into Google Drive

-Send template emails / articles to nurture prospect leads

-Ensure new clients and prospects are connected on LinkedIn

-Create and upkeep shared delivery calendar

-Assist in account research for client re-engagement

Compensation:

Starting at $1,500 / month. Potential for more based on demonstrated success.
