Job Description:

We are actively looking for a dedicated and proactive Virtual Assistant to become a vital part of our team. This role will be crucial in generating and harvesting leads, focusing specifically on identifying and capturing business opportunities within Southern California. The ideal candidate will have a profound understanding of social media, lead generation techniques, and customer service principles.

Key Responsibilities:

– Proactively generate and manage leads in the emergency restoration and remediation sectors.
– Engage with potential clients, addressing inquiries and offering high-quality customer service.
– Implement sales strategies to convert leads into customers.
– Oversee and maintain the company’s social media accounts to enhance our online presence.
– Utilize organizational tools like Slack, Google Docs, Dropbox, Google Calendar, and Calendly efficiently.
– Work collaboratively with our team on various projects, ensuring deadlines are met.

Qualifications:

– Exceptional command of English, both verbal and written.
