We are a leading nutritional company with a global presence, specialising in the sourcing and distribution of high-quality, innovative products. Our mission is to empower individuals to take control of their health and well-being through our diverse range of nutritional supplements and educational resources.

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Virtual Assistant / Sales Representative to join our team. In this work-from-home position, you will play a vital role in the growth and development of our global affiliate program and wholesale customer base.

Responsibilities:

– Recruit new affiliates and product resellers to expand our global network and increase overall program effectiveness.
– Manage and maintain affiliate promotional materials, ensuring they are up-to-date and readily available for partners.
– Provide education and encouragement to help affiliates improve their performance and achieve better results (training will be provided).
– Approve and process affiliate applications in a timely manner, ensuring that all partners align with our brand values and guidelines.
– Plan, execute, and monitor affiliate promotions under guidance to maximize reach and drive sales.
– Continuously analyze and optimize the affiliate program and wholesale customer base to ensure growth in size and effectiveness.
– Develop and maintain strong relationships with affiliates and wholesale customers, providing prompt and professional support as needed.
– Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, sales, and product development, to ensure alignment and optimize program performance.
– Regularly report on key affiliate program metrics and insights to inform strategic decision-making.

Requirements:

– Preferably have experience in sales within the nutritional or health and wellness industry (a great attitude and passion for the industry also okay).
– Familiarity with Post Affiliate Pro and Magento platforms is highly advantageous (though can be learned).
– Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively support and motivate partners in both written and spoken English.
– Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team, with a high level of self-motivation and accountability.
– Availability to work during Filipino mornings (NZ afternoon) to support our global affiliate partners and wholesale customers.
– Comfortable making calls to native English speakers to facilitate sales and relationship-building.
– Analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
– Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
