Time Zone Requirements:
At least 4 hours overlap per week with 8 AM to 5 PM Central Time (US), flexible scheduling available.

Role Summary:
We are seeking a proactive Virtual Assistant to help manage projects, handle SEO tasks, format and upload content on WordPress, and perform basic website updates. This role requires no previous experience as comprehensive training will be provided. It offers an excellent opportunity to develop your skills in a wide range of digital marketing tools and platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist in project management tasks to ensure client projects run smoothly.
Handle basic SEO functions and website updates.
Format and upload content to WordPress.
Use a variety of digital tools and platforms, including Microsoft Office Suite, Google’s suite of tools (Docs, Slides, Sheets, Analytics, Search Console, etc.), ClickUp, Slack, and major social media platforms.
Participate in ongoing training sessions and actively engage in self-directed learning to enhance skills.

Preferred Skills and Qualifications:
Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Strong command of the English language.
A growth mindset with a robust desire to learn new skills and continuously improve.
Experience in process documentation and building.
Effective communication skills and ability to work independently.
Windows 10/11 & Fast internet – required

Optional – Helpful Skills:
Basic photo editing including light touch up creating layered designs, removing background, adding text, basics of design elements.
Basic WP experience (publish blog post, update text/images, add links/embed codes)
Basic video editing (powerful enough computer) (crop, clip, add overlays, clean up audio)
Basic SEO knowledge & tools experience
