Virtual Assistant – SEO & Marketing

We are a swiftly expanding digital marketing agency in the United States, seeking a Virtual Assistant (VA) to support our SEO efforts under the direction of our lead manager. This role encompasses a variety of tasks, including the creation of pages on CMS platforms like WordPress and Wix, conducting backlink outreach, posting blogs, and utilizing AI tools to enhance task efficiency while ensuring humanized results. The environment is dynamic and can be demanding, but it offers substantial rewards.

Job Requirements:

Minimum of 2 years of online work experience
Quick learner with the ability to make decisions independently
Proficient in English
Exceptional attention to detail
Highly ambitious

Technology Requirements:

WiFi with a minimum speed of 50MBPS
Laptop with at least an i5 or i7 processor and 8 GB RAM (or better)
Reliable internet connection without frequent power outages

Preferred Skills and Attributes:

Female candidates preferred
Familiarity with platforms like WordPress, Wix, Squarespace, etc.
Experience in entrepreneurship or running a business
Basic coding skills or knowledge

Work Schedule:

Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 7 PM PST
Weekends are optional and compensated as a bonus in addition to the monthly salary
