More than anything, we need assistance in taking action and executing ideas to move projects forward. We have more ideas and opportunities than our team has time for. We need to multiply ourselves!
We need someone sharp, passionate, and growth-minded with a great attitude and a tremendous spirit of resourcefulness. We want someone who when they encounter an obstacle, wants to find a way around, through, over it, under it, etc.
Someone who is detail-oriented, has a very high standard of excellence and wants to make the world a better place, enriching the lives of others along the way.
We want someone who’s humble, teachable, and determined. Someone who likes growing.
The first priority is being extraordinary at executing, but secondly appointment setting by having conversations with new leads. Also being creative or having an eye for aesthetics is needed, as this will involve creating social media graphics and internal client-facing graphics.
The Position:
We’re looking for a two folded position: a virtual assistant and a heart-centered, intrapreneur sales rep.
Intrapreneurship is the act of behaving like an entrepreneur while working within a large organization.

Time puncher. This is more than a job/business to us. We want to change the world and make it a better place. We are making a difference in the world and you will be the magnifier of that voice. Need safe, predictable, routine. What is predictable, is that you and I will be doing many different things by the end of the year than we’re doing now. We have 5 different businesses and we need someone ready to roll with the punches on all of it.
Requirements:
Ability to work within a dynamic team environment.
Willingness to collaborate, and when encountered with an obstacle, able to find a way around, through, over it, under it.
Tech-savvy. If you hate figuring this stuff out, this is probably not the right role for you.
An eye for aesthetics. If you like making things beautiful, this is for you.
Bonus: Design experience or creative environment experience is a plus.
Potential Roles & Responsibilities as a Virtual Assistant:
You will have some traditional executive assistant type roles, such as but not limited to…
Creating social media graphics and client-facing documents in Canva.
Organizing a content calendar and posting social media content.
Replying to general social media comments and scanning needs.
Onboard / offboarding cleints
Small client fulfillment messages / surveys
Sending employee/client gifts and recognition awards.
Basic picture/video editing (for social media).
Assisting coaches in various operations/administrative tasks.
Attend weekly team meetings.
Responsibilities as a Setter:
Message prospects and book them for calls with our team.
Follow-up with old prospects that haven’t signed up yet.
Having conversations with and qualifying leads before sales calls.
Attend weekly meetings.
Consistently meeting company standards, culture requirements, and performance KPIs.

Your salary/pay and hours:
This position will start at $4-7per hour plus commission, with tons of potential to grow within the company based on performance. You will work typically closer to 20-30 hrs p/wk though some weeks you could work a little less and others a little more. Again not a time puncher, but someone who wants to really excel is key. I am protective about time off and downtime though so I will seek to do the same, however, if something is on a tight deadline, then I will expect that you’ll work longer hours if it wasn’t able to be accomplished earlier. Also, I am much more flexible than normal employers-you want a long weekend here and there, that’s cool as long as it’s planned out and balls aren’t dropped. Two weeks of vacation plus long weekends here and there is more than cool.
