Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant/Setter to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist with social media management, client communications, and various administrative tasks, with a primary focus on engaging potential clients and setting them up for engagement calls. This role is perfect for someone who is organized, tech-savvy, and passionate about health and wellness in a non-diet, body-neutral context.

Key Responsibilities:
Social Media Management:
• Engage with potential clients via direct messages on social media
• Help to create and manage content for Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook
Client Engagement:
• Act as a Setter to engage potential clients and set them up for enrollment calls
• Assist with student onboarding and community management
• Maintain and organize records regarding the number of people contact, set for enrollment calls, and closed
• Organize/analyze feedback and statistics in order to be more efficient and help more people
• Support enrolled clients with minor tech and logistics issues
Content Creation:
• Support in the creation of worksheets and other program materials
• Support in the creation and sending of monthly engagement emails
Potential for growth into administrative tasks such as:
• Handle billing and invoicing for clients
• Assist with finances and accounting
• Manage paperwork and other administrative duties
Qualifications:
• Previous experience as a Setter, leveraging social media direct messages for client engagement
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency with Google Workspace
• Proficiency in Canva
• Bonus: Experience using Asana for tracking client communication
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
• Understanding and support of body positivity and non-diet approaches to health and wellness
Work Hours:
• 25 hours per week ~18 hours dedicated to social media DMs. ~7 hours on other tasks
