Client Overview:
Our client is a leading e-commerce store specializing in cannabis packaging products. As they transition from an Amazon FBA site to a Shopify platform for product fulfillment, our client is seeking a dedicated and experienced Virtual Assistant/Executive Assistant to join their team. This full-time role is integral to our operations, supporting our team and ensuring seamless customer experiences.

Position Overview:
The Virtual Assistant/Executive Assistant will be the first point of contact for customer success management, oversee a team of three back-office VAs, and support the transition and development of our Shopify store. The ideal candidate will have experience in Amazon customer support or Shopify EA roles, strong English communication skills, and a background in managing e-commerce operations and teams.

Key Responsibilities:

-Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, providing exceptional customer success support.
-Manage and coordinate a team of three back-office Virtual Assistants based in the Philippines.
-Support the transition from Amazon FBA to Shopify, including migrating products and catalogs onto the new platform.
-Assist in the development and optimization of the Shopify store.
-Manage spreadsheets and Excel documents for tracking and reporting purposes.
-Collaborate with the marketing team on Google Ads campaigns and other promotional activities.
-Liaise with Amazon team members over the phone during core USA Pacific Time (PCT) hours to resolve issues and coordinate activities.

Requirements:

-Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
-Minimum of 3-5 years of experience supporting an e-commerce store.
-Experience in Amazon customer support or Shopify Executive Assistant roles.
-Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
-Proven experience in managing a team, particularly in a virtual environment.
-Proficiency in spreadsheet and Excel management.
-Familiarity with Google Ads and other online marketing tools.
-Ability to work during Pacific Time (San Francisco, USA) hours.
-Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
-Ability to liaise effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
