We are a thriving furniture niche website, currently seeking a highly skilled Virtual Assistant with expertise in Shopify inventory management with expert knowlegde of CSV and a good understanding of Canva. This role is critical for maintaining our product offerings, ensuring each listing is updated with precise variants according to our specific requirements.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

**Manual adjustment and update of product listings in Shopify, using a provided CSV file as the basis for all necessary information.
**Creation of product variants that reflect different colors and types of chair bases. For each chair type, the applicant must be able to add variants for the base type and color (if applicable), effectively incorporating multiple options into a single product listing. It’s imperative that the fabric colors of the chairs are not mixed and are correctly matched with their respective bases.

**Adjustment and resizing of product images using Canva, to align with the existing website aesthetics. No new product descriptions will be required; however, attention to detail in aligning images to our format is essential.

IMPORTANT NOTE: We already have implemented products in the store, the products that are currently present do not need to be put in again. Just skip the products that are online already.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Products must be put in manually, no app can be used as this can interfere with existing products.

Ideal candidates should have:

**Proven experience in Shopify inventory management, particularly in handling complex product variants.
**Proficiency in using Canva for image editing, with an eye for maintaining brand consistency across all visuals.
**Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and accurately.
**A proactive approach to problem-solving, capable of working independently to implement solutions.
