We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Virtual Assistant with expertise in Shopify to join our team. 2. Responsibilities:
-Product Management:
Create, optimize, and manage product listings on Shopify.
Write compelling product descriptions and ensure high-quality images are used.
Manage product variants, pricing, inventory, and collections.
-Shopify Apps:
Install, set up, and manage various Shopify apps to enhance store functionality.
Ensure seamless integration of apps for inventory management, marketing, and customer engagement.
-Customer Service:
Assist and manage customer service teams to ensure high-quality service.
Train new customer service representatives on best practices and company policies.
Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing feedback and coaching as needed.
Develop and maintain customer service templates for efficient communication.
Handle escalated customer inquiries and resolve complex issues via email and chat.
Manage payment disputes, refunds, and chargebacks via Shopify, PayPal, and Stripe.
-Social Media Management:
Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
Create and schedule posts for Instagram, ensuring content is on-brand and visually appealing.
Monitor and respond to comments and messages on Instagram to foster a positive community.
Analyze social media metrics and adjust strategies to improve performance.
Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure cohesive branding across all social media platforms.
-Administrative Tasks:
Manage data entry and spreadsheets using Excel and Google Sheets.
Organize and manage documents related to orders, returns, and inventory.
Assist with other administrative duties as required.
-Technical Support:
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Shopify store functionality.
Collaborate with the technical team to implement new features and improvements.
3. Requirements:
Proven experience managing Shopify stores and using Shopify apps.
Strong understanding of e-commerce best practices and trends.
Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets for data management.
Experience with graphic design tools like Canva for creating social media content and product images.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability.
Detail-oriented and highly organized.
Availability to work full-time with flexible hours.
4. Salary:
Competitive fixed rate based on experience and qualifications. (400$ to 600$ / month)
