We are an emerging e-commerce business running four online stores across Europe. Our journey began with our main store, which remains our primary focus, while recently, we have expanded with three new ventures. Each of these stores is unique, and though we are smaller in scale, our ambitions and responsibilities are immense.
What We’re Looking For:
We seek a proactive Virtual Assistant (VA) with a specialized skill set in Shopify and Facebook Ads. This isn’t just any role; you’ll be an essential part of our team, directly influencing our stores’ success. Here’s what we need from you:
Shopify & Facebook Ads Expertise: As our VA, you won’t just manage tasks; you’ll take ownership. Your experience will steer the customer experience on Shopify and drive engagement and conversions through Facebook Ads. You need to be strategic, analytical, and up-to-date with the latest e-commerce trends.
Part-Time Commitment with Full-Time Passion: We require around three hours a day from you. Despite the part-time nature, we need full-time passion and commitment. Things move quickly around here, and we’re counting on you to keep up!
Team Collaboration and Growth Mindset: Currently, we’re a close-knit team of two, handling different aspects of the business. As we’re planning aggressive growth, you’ll be taking over many responsibilities, particularly in areas where we need the most support.
