Job Description: Virtual Assistant – Shopify Product Listing & Dropshipping

OVERVIEW:
Our team is searching for a talented Virtual Assistant (10 hours per week) with experience in Shopify product listing and dropshipping. The ideal candidate will have a strong command of English, both spoken and written, and be familiar with using AI or ChatGPT for crafting product descriptions. Basic graphic design skills using Canva or any other editing software/tool are a plus.

TASKS:
• Listing products on Shopify with accurate and detailed information.
• Managing Shopify dropshipping operations efficiently.
• Utilizing AI or ChatGPT to create compelling product descriptions.
• Handling customer service tasks, including answering customer emails.
• Creating basic graphics as needed using Canva or similar tools.

REQUIREMENTS:
• Speak & write in fluent English.
• Must be very familiar and experienced with Shopify.
• Fast and reliable internet access.
• Previous experience with Shopify product listing and dropshipping.
• Proficiency in using AI or ChatGPT for product descriptions.
• Basic graphic design skills using Canva or any other editing software/tool.

HOURS: 10 hours/week
RATE: $3.00/hour
