We are seeking a proactive, organised and creative Virtual Assistant to support our growth fuelled by integrity and authentic offerings aligned with the company brand values of strengthening the universal heartbeat of wellness, peace and balance. Communicate Theta Brand tone of voice through various platforms through email, newsletter, registration experience, Vlog.

Role Description
The role will boost the Life Coaching offerings to our target audience with resonant content, graphics, video and build, engage and develop customer engagement.
Responsibilities
Polish and define the profile of the founder across various platforms
Content creation, SEO and schedule posts with high quality media captions, articles and online workshops that resonate with our target audience
Engage with followers
Digital Marketing – update website
Graphic design with eye catching visuals
Video editing to define our message and client engagement of services
Creating a database content management system to capture customer wan, Covs, interests and desires

Key skills:
Campaign ideation and Concept Development
Content creation through storytelling, graphic design, video editing and retouching
Campaign monitor and management across various platforms, building authentic relationships
Attention to detail in editorial and proofreading
Strong communications skills
Excellent organizational and management skills
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and tasks

Desirable Skills
Experience in social media management and content creation
Familiarity with project management tools and CRM software
Database management
Kajabi, Canva and LinkedIn
Knowledge of book publishing

This role will suit someone who is naturally curious and creative with a strong focus on implementing projects and offerings through social media.
