Hi, we are Virtual Pros, a global outsourcing agency that finds amazing overseas talent for purpose-driven US wellness businesses. We are seeking to hire a Virtual Assistant on behalf of The Real Gut Doctor, a fast-growing holistic medicine practitioner business that has been serving patients internationally as well as throughout the Bay Area and Northern California. With over 30+ years of experience and resolving over 200,000 complex medical cases, The Real Gut Doctor is on a mission to bring their innovative holistic approach of solving chronic digestive and wellness issues to more of those in need.

We are in search of a versatile and tech-savvy Virtual Assistant who is adept at handling both digital marketing and medical administrative tasks. This role is ideal for someone who is a self-starter, value-driven, and highly organized. All of the job responsibilities listed below play a pivotal role in helping grow the company’s impact and ultimately help transform the health of more lives!

Responsibilities:

-Setting Up and Managing a Facebook Group: Create and maintain a Facebook group, engage with members and moderate discussions
-Live Events on Facebook: Coordinate and manage live events on Facebook, including scheduling, promoting events, and handling technical aspects during the live sessions
-Live Events on LinkedIn: Coordinate and manage live events on LinkedIn, including scheduling, promoting events, and handling technical aspects during the live sessions
-Creating Short Videos for Instagram Reels: Develop engaging and creative short video content for Instagram Reels, aligning with our brand’s message and audience interests
-Setting Up Webinars: Organize webinars from start to finish, including setting up the technical aspects, coordinating with speakers, and managing attendee registrations
-Managing Facebook Page: Oversee the company’s Facebook page, including content creation, post scheduling, responding to comments, and analyzing page performance
-Managing Instagram Page: Oversee the company’s Instagram page, including content creation, post scheduling, responding to comments, and analyzing page performance
-Editing Short 1-2 minute videos: Oversee the company’s video editing of short 1-2 minute videos and repost on YouTube Shorts, Vimeo or for use on website
-Sales Marketing & Phone Skills: Assist in sales and marketing efforts, including making phone calls, following up with leads, and implementing marketing strategies to boost sales
-Medical Administrative Tasks: Assist with medical administrative duties, including appointment scheduling, patient communication, and maintaining digital medical records.
-Confidentiality and Data Security: Maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion when handling sensitive information. Ensure data security and privacy in all operations

Skills and Qualifications:

-Minimum of two years of proven experience as a virtual assistant or in a similar administrative role
-Spoken and written fluency in English
-Having a nursing or medical background is a huge plus
-Proven experience in social media management, especially with Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube
-Experience in organizing and managing live events and webinars
-Strong communication and phone skills
-Sales and marketing agency experience is a huge plus
-Strong organizational and time-management skills
-Excellent communication skills
-Ability to work effectively in a remote, virtual environment
-Proactive attitude with the ability to take initiative when necessary
-Punctuality, reliability and a professional demeanor is absolutely essential
-Ability to work a full 8 hour work shift from 9am-5pm Pacific Standard Time (PST)
-Looking for long-term work

Compensation:

We offer a monthly salary starting at $1,100 USD per month and up to $1,400 depending on your level of experience. In addition, there’s an ability to grow within the company and take on new roles and responsibilities. The full compensation package will be discussed on the initial interview call assuming you pass our initial screening process.
