Job Description:
The Independence Fund is seeking a talented and motivated Virtual Assistant to join our team. This role is pivotal in supporting our mission to empower veterans and their caregivers. As a
Virtual Assistant, you will play a crucial part in managing our digital presence, ensuring effective communication, and contributing to the administrative efficiency of our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Social Media Scheduling, Posting & Management:
? Develop and execute a social media calendar across various platforms (Facebook,
Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
? Create, schedule, and post content that aligns with our mission, engages our audience,
and promotes awareness.
? Monitor social media channels, respond to comments, and analyze performance metrics
for continuous improvement.
2. Reports for Social Media and Clients:
? Track and analyze social media performance, compiling detailed reports on key metrics
and trends.
? Generate client reports, providing insights into the impact of campaigns and initiatives.
3. Newsletters for Email & SMS:
? Design and manage newsletters for both email and SMS campaigns, ensuring impactful
and engaging content.
? Segment and manage email lists for targeted outreach and maintain compliance with
regulations.
4. Email & SMS Automation and Optimization:
? Implement and optimize automated email and SMS campaigns to enhance
communication efficiency.
? Analyze campaign performance, conduct A/B testing, and suggest improvements based
on data insights.
5. Running Paid Per Click (PPC) Campaigns:
? Create, manage, and optimize PPC campaigns to drive targeted traffic and achieve
campaign objectives.
? Monitor and analyze PPC performance metrics, adjusting strategies to maximize ROI.
? Stay updated on PPC trends and recommend innovative approaches to enhance
campaign effectiveness.
6. Administration Work & Paperwork within Microsoft Office and Google Suite:
? Handle administrative tasks including document preparation, data entry, and file
management.
? Utilize Microsoft Office and Google Suite for creating reports, presentations, and other
necessary documents.
? Assist in scheduling, coordination, and other administrative duties as required
Qualifications:
? Proven experience in social media management and digital marketing, and running PPC
campaigns.
? Proficient in social media platforms, scheduling tools, and analytics.
? Experience with email and SMS marketing, including automation and optimization.
? Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
? Excellent communication skills in English.
? Competency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
? Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
? Availability to adapt to different time zones as needed.
