Job Description

Restoration Growth is seeking a talented and motivated Virtual Assistant specializing in social media and content generation to join our dynamic team. As a full-time Virtual Assistant, you will play a key role in developing and executing social media strategies, creating compelling content, and engaging with our online audience. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home.

Responsibilities:
Develop and implement social media strategies to drive brand awareness and engagement across various platforms.
Create and curate high-quality, engaging, and relevant content, including text, images, and videos, tailored to each social media platform.
Schedule and publish social media posts using social media management tools.
Monitor social media channels, respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
Analyze social media performance metrics and prepare reports on key findings and recommendations for optimization.
Stay up-to-date with social media trends, tools, and best practices, and provide recommendations for improvement.
Assist with other administrative tasks and projects as needed.
Manage in running social media pages for multiple clients

Requirements:
Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, , LinkedIn, and YouTube.
Strong understanding of social media analytics and tracking tools to measure the effectiveness of campaigns.
Proficient in content creation and graphic design tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar software.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Outstanding organizational and time management abilities.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and rapidly changing work environment.
A passion for social media trends, digital marketing, and content creation.

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working as a Virtual Assistant or in a remote work environment.
Knowledge of SEO principles and best practices.
Basic video editing and production skills.
