Virtual Assistant – Yachtie Real Estate Investors
Location: Remote (Philippines Preferred)
Employment Type: Full-Time (20+ hours per week)

Company Overview: Yachtie Real Estate Investors, led by Scott Kidd and his business partner, focuses on multifamily apartment investments. We’re expanding our team and looking for a Virtual Assistant who is eager to learn and work on various digital tasks.
Role Summary: This position involves editing content, managing social media, and learning new digital marketing tools. We provide guidance through SOPs and regular one-on-one meetings. No prior experience in real estate is required, but a willingness to learn and ask questions is essential.
Responsibilities:
• Edit video and audio for our podcasts using Descript and publish on platforms like Buzzsprout and YouTube, loom videos
• Create and post social media, weekly newsletter and email campaigns snippets using Go-High Level. And lead connector
• Produce and schedule content from previous podcasts and create infographics using Canva.
• Learn and implement digital marketing strategies, including updating podcast pages, using Go high Level and Lead Connector experience a plus
Tools You’ll Use:
• Buzzsprout, Zoom, LinkTree, Zapier, GoHighLevel, Buffer/Hootsuite, Click to view, Loom, Asana, Slack, Google Drive/Microsoft Office, Calendly, Descript, Outlook, Canva, Lastpass.
