Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Virtual Assistant to support our growing business in the realm of social media marketing, content creation for WordPress websites, and email marketing. This role demands a proactive and creative individual who can manage and execute digital marketing strategies efficiently. The position is remote, offering a flexible work environment with a requirement of 30-40 hours per week.

#### Key Responsibilities
1. **Social Media Management:**
– Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement across various platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
– Create and schedule regular posts, including graphics, written content, and multimedia, tailored to the specifics of each platform.
– Monitor social media channels for industry trends, audience feedback, and direct messages that require responses.
– Analyze social media campaign performance and adjust strategies as needed.

2. **Content Creation for WordPress Websites:**
– Produce well-researched, SEO-friendly content for our WordPress website, including blogs, articles, and landing pages.
– Maintain website updates and ensure all content is up-to-date, accurate, and reflects the brand voice.
– Optimize web content using SEO best practices and tools to increase visibility and traffic.

3. **Newsletter and Email Marketing:**
– Design and execute email marketing campaigns to engage subscribers, promote services, and inform clients of new content or company updates.
– Develop and maintain a regular newsletter schedule, ensuring content is relevant, engaging, and delivered timely.
– Manage email lists, including segmentation for targeted marketing efforts and cleaning of non-engaged subscribers.

4. **Reporting and Analytics:**
– Prepare weekly and monthly reports on the effectiveness of social media campaigns, website traffic, and email marketing performance.
– Utilize analytics tools to track visitor data, and understand the effectiveness of different content types and marketing strategies.

#### Skills and Qualifications
– Proven experience in digital marketing, particularly within social media, content creation, and email marketing.
– Strong writing and editing skills with attention to detail.
– Proficient with WordPress and familiar with SEO and content management.
– Experienced with social media scheduling tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, or similar.
– Knowledgeable in graphic design basics and tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
– Ability to analyze data and provide evidence-based recommendations.
– Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
– Capable of working independently with minimal supervision.

#### Additional Requirements
– High-speed internet connection and a suitable home office setup.
