Job Description:
As a Virtual Assistant, you will play a critical role in supporting our social media strategies, handling content posting for client accounts, managing Facebook and Instagram ads, and contributing to creative projects including graphic design. Additionally, you will be responsible for collecting leads from advertising campaigns and organizing them into our CRM lead pipeline. If you have skills in website development, that will be a significant plus as we expand our service offerings.
Key Responsibilities:
-Schedule and post content across multiple social media platforms for various clients.
-Monitor social media accounts and engage with followers to maintain an active and brand-positive community.
-Create and manage Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns, including budgeting, optimization, and reporting on performance metrics.
-Collect leads generated from digital advertising efforts and organize them into the CRM lead pipeline for follow-up and conversion.
-Design visually appealing graphics for social media posts, ads, and other marketing materials.
-Maintain and update website content for clients, enhancing functionality and design (if applicable).
-Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement creative and effective digital marketing strategies.
-Perform administrative tasks related to digital marketing efforts.
Requirements:
-Proven experience in social media management, digital advertising, and CRM systems.
-Strong skills in graphic design with proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite.
-Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
-Strong written and verbal communication skills.
-Familiarity with the latest trends in digital marketing and social media.
-Knowledge of website development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is highly desirable.
-Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
-Ability to work un USA time zone.
Preferred Qualifications:
-Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Information Technology, or related field.
-Experience with SEO and content marketing.
