We are seeking a skilled and proactive Virtual Assistant to join our team remotely, specializing in social media communication and growth. As a Social Media Engagement Specialist, you will be responsible for enhancing our online presence through effective commenting strategies, creating competitor comparison lists, and fostering engagement on platforms such as Instagram and TikTok.

**Key Responsibilities:**

1. **Social Media Commenting:**
– Engage with our target audience by providing thoughtful and relevant comments on posts.
– Foster community interaction and respond promptly to user queries and feedback.

2. **Competitor Comparison:**
– Research and compile detailed lists comparing our social media strategies with competitors.
– Analyze trends and identify opportunities for improvement.

3. **Content Creation Support:**
– Assist in the creation of engaging content ideas and concepts.
– Collaborate with the content team to align strategies with overall objectives.

4. **Data Analysis:**
– Track and report on key social media metrics to measure the success of engagement strategies.
– Provide insights for continuous improvement.

**Requirements:**

– Proven experience in social media management and engagement.
– Familiarity with Instagram, TikTok, and other relevant platforms.
– Excellent communication skills with a keen understanding of brand tone.
– Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Must be English speaking with excellent grammar. Need to speak like native us citizen regarding hair and beauty related things.

Training given of tone and cadence.

Must be good communication and consistency.

– Self-motivated and able to work independently.
