Responsibilities:
– Manage and maintain social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Linkedin and TikTok) to enhance brand presence and engagement.
– Create, schedule, and publish engaging social media content (posts, stories, videos) that align with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
– Monitor social media channels for customer inquiries, comments, and messages; respond promptly and appropriately.
– Research and implement strategies to increase follower engagement and grow the social media audience.
– Stay updated on social media trends, tools, and best practices.
– Assist in developing and executing social media campaigns and promotions.
– Collaborate with team members to ensure social media content is cohesive and supports overall marketing efforts.
Requirements:
– Strong proficiency in written and verbal English communication.
– Proven experience in social media management, including content creation, scheduling, and engagement.
– Familiarity with social media analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social) to track performance and optimize strategies.
– Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
– Tech-savvy with proficiency in using various social media platforms and related software.
– Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative content ideas.
– Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.

Preferred Qualifications:
