Job Title: Virtual Assistant for T-Shirt Business Growth and Digital Marketing (Part-Time with Potential for Full-Time)
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and talented Virtual Assistant to join our team and assist in growing our t-shirt business. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing various aspects of our online presence, including social media management, graphic design for creating mockups, website development, and digital marketing on Google, Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok. The Virtual Assistant will play a crucial role in driving traffic to our Etsy shop and increasing brand awareness. This is a part-time remote position with the potential for full-time employment based on performance and business growth.
Responsibilities:
1. Social Media Management:
– Develop and execute social media strategies to promote our t-shirt business.
– Create engaging and visually appealing content for platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
– Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries from followers.
– Utilize social media analytics to track performance and make data-driven recommendations.
2. Graphic Design and Mockup Creation:
– Design eye-catching and on-trend graphics for t-shirts and sweatshirts.
– Create professional and attractive mockups to showcase new product designs.
– Ensure consistent branding across all visual elements.
3. Website Development:
– Build and maintain a user-friendly website to showcase our products.
– Optimize the website for search engines (SEO) to improve organic traffic.
– Implement e-commerce functionality and integrate with our Etsy shop.
4. Digital Marketing:
– Develop and execute online marketing campaigns on Google, Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
– Conduct keyword research and optimize ads for maximum visibility and ROI.
– Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and adjust strategies accordingly.
5. Research and Analysis:
– Stay up to date with industry trends, competitors, and customer preferences.
– Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and target audiences.
– Analyze data and generate reports to measure the effectiveness of marketing efforts.
Qualifications:
– Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar role, preferably in e-commerce or digital marketing.
– Strong knowledge of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok) and their best practices.
– Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop or Canva.
– Experience with website development and content management systems (e.g., WordPress, Shopify).
– Familiarity with digital marketing channels (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.) and analytics tools.
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
– Creative mindset with a keen eye for design and aesthetics.
– Strong organizational and time management skills.
