Job Title: Virtual Assistant
Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and highly organized Virtual Assistant to join our team at AbsentMinds. As a Virtual Assistant, your primary responsibility will be to provide comprehensive support to the Founder and CEO. You will assist with a variety of tasks, including data scrubbing, cold outreach, prospecting, business development, and social media management. Your assistance will contribute to the smooth operation of the company and the efficient execution of key business activities.
Responsibilities:
Assist the Founder and CEO with daily tasks, including data scrubbing, cold outreach, prospecting, and business development activities.
Conduct research to gather data and insights on potential leads and target markets.
Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date databases of leads, clients, and other relevant information.
Execute cold outreach campaigns, including email and social media outreach, to generate new business opportunities.
Engage with social media posts, comments, and messages on behalf of the company, promoting brand engagement and building relationships with the audience.
Develop creative and engaging ideas for social media posts, aligned with the company’s brand and marketing objectives.
Monitor social media channels for industry trends, relevant news, and opportunities to engage with the target audience.
Assist in scheduling and coordinating meetings, calls, and appointments for the Founder and CEO.
Prepare and organize documents, presentations, and reports as required.
Manage email correspondence and respond to inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
Conduct basic administrative tasks, such as organizing files, maintaining calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements.
Provide general support to the team as needed, contributing to a positive and productive work environment.
Stay informed about industry trends and developments, continuously seeking opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar role, preferably supporting executives or entrepreneurs.
Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Strong attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy and thoroughness in all tasks.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a professional and friendly demeanor.
Ability to conduct research and gather relevant information from various sources.
Familiarity with data scrubbing, lead generation, and business development techniques.
Proficiency in social media platforms and experience with social media management tools.
Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts and strategies.
Proficiency in using productivity tools, such as Microsoft Office, Google Suite, project management software, and collaboration platforms.
Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and take initiative.
Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and find efficient solutions.
Respect for confidentiality and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
