### Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Virtual Assistant/Social Media Expert to join our team. This role will primarily focus on managing our social media presence, engaging with customers online, and providing exceptional virtual assistance. The ideal candidate will have excellent English speaking skills, outstanding customer service abilities, and expertise in social media management.

### Key Responsibilities:

– **Social Media Management:**
– Develop and implement social media strategies to enhance brand awareness and engagement.
– Create, schedule, and publish content across various social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).
– Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and reviews promptly and professionally.
– Analyze social media metrics and adjust strategies to improve performance.

– **Customer Service:**
– Provide excellent customer service through various channels, including social media, email, and phone.
– Address customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
– Coordinate with the HVAC team to ensure customer issues are resolved efficiently.

– **Virtual Assistance:**
– Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and organizing files.
– Conduct research and compile data as needed.
– Assist with email management, including responding to inquiries and organizing correspondence.

– **Content Creation:**
– Design and create visually appealing graphics and videos for social media posts and promotions.
– Write engaging and informative content that aligns with the company’s brand voice and marketing goals.

### Requirements:

– Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
– Proven experience in social media management and content creation.
– Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
– Proficiency in using social media platforms and tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, or similar.
– Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a remote work environment.
– Basic knowledge of HVAC industry is a plus, but not required.
– Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.

### Preferred Qualifications:

– Experience in graphic design and video editing.
– Familiarity with SEO and online marketing strategies.
– Previous experience working as a virtual assistant.
