Position: Virtual Assistant – Social Media Manager
Location: Remote
Hours: 4 hrs daily, 6 days a week [Part-time initially. Ideally to take it full time if it makes sense for both of us].
Compensation & Perks:
– $5 usd/hour. Payment weekly ($120 usd weekly).

Job Overview
The Virtual Assistant – Social Media Manager will be responsible for managing social media platforms, creating and editing content, ensuring brand cohesion, and tracking analytics to optimize performance.
Ideal Candidate:
If you are someone who loves content creation, video editing, social media and topics such as Entrepreneurship, Digital Products, Daily Motivation, Ambition & Grit, and are very curious about learning about different topics then this role is for you.
Proficiency in English is mandatory.
Responsibilities and Activities:
* Social Media Management
Manage daily postings on social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn). Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages promptly. Ensure timely and consistent posting schedules.
* Content Creation & Copywriting
Write compelling and on-brand copy for social media posts. Develop captions, blog excerpts, and promotional content. Adapt tone and style to fit various platforms.
* Reels & Video Editing
Create and edit video content for Reels and other short and long-form videos. Use video editing software to ensure high-quality output. Optimize videos for each platform.
* Graphic Design
Create simple designs using tools like Canva or Adobe Spark. Ensure all content aligns with the brand’s visual identity and guidelines. Design promotional materials, social media banners, and infographics.
* Brand Cohesion
Ensure all content (posts, stories, videos, designs) is cohesive with the brand’s voice, style, and messaging. Maintain a consistent look and feel across all social media channels.
* Analytics & Reporting
Track and analyze social media metrics (engagement, reach, conversions, etc.). Prepare weekly reports summarizing performance and insights. Use data to optimize future content and strategies.
* Conversion Tracking
Monitor and report on the effectiveness of social media campaigns in driving traffic and conversions. Use tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, and Instagram Insights.
* Trend Monitoring
Stay updated with social media trends, tools, applications, best practices, and strategies. Suggest improvements based on the latest trends and platform updates.
* Collaboration
Work closely with the marketing team to ensure alignment with overall marketing strategies. Participate in regular team meetings and brainstorming sessions.

Tools & Software (Not mandatory that you know all of them, the idea is to gradually get there as we see fit, but please mention all that you feel comfortable with):
