Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and execute social media strategies across multiple platforms.
Manage video uploads on Thrive Life TV and learn the intricacies of Click to view.
Utilize AI for crafting compelling descriptions, SEO, and engaging titles.
Efficiently handle all social media postings, ensuring multiple daily updates.
Create and manage graphics using Canva templates.
Maintain all projects and tasks meticulously in ClickUp.
Process files for podcasts and coordinate with the podcast manager and video editor.
Challenge yourself with complex tasks and problem-solving scenarios.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant, specializing in social media and project management.
Strong graphic design skills, with proficiency in Canva.
Deep understanding of AI tools and their application in enhancing social media engagement.
Advanced skills in ClickUp for managing tasks and workflows.
Knowledge of video management platforms like Click to view.
Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously with high attention to detail.
Understand automations and how to strategically improve speed of our processes and procedures.
Independent worker who thrives in a challenging environment and requires minimal supervision.

Preferred Skills:

Advanced Clickup User
Proficient in Canva
A plus = Experience with Vista Social, ConvertKit, Go High Level, Zapier, and/or Make.
A strong willingness to learn new software and adapt to evolving technologies.
