Virtual Assistant / Social Media Manager / Ecommerce Assistant

We are a new and exciting Ecommerce nutrition and astrology business looking to grow our team! We are looking for a motivated and talented individual to join our team as a Virtual Assistant and Social Media Manager. This is a remote position with a flexible work schedule, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home or wherever you feel most productive. Limited to no graveyard shifts!

Responsibilities:

– Virtual assistant tasks such as email management, organization of files in Notion, product research, scheduling appointments, and other administrative tasks.
– Manage and maintain our various social media platforms, including but not limited to TikTok, Facebook, and Instagram
– Create engaging and visually appealing content to promote our blog, products, and brand
– Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and drive traffic to our website
– Monitor social media trends, stay up to date with industry developments, and suggest innovative ideas to improve our online presence
– Interact with our online community, respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner
– Assist in content creation and editing for our blog, ensuring high-quality and error-free written material
– Conduct research on relevant topics, keywords, and trends to optimize content for search engines
– Assist in customer service inquiries and order fulfillment when needed
– Collaborate with the team to brainstorm and implement marketing campaigns and promotions
– Stay informed about the latest trends and best practices in social media management, digital marketing, and ecommerce

Requirements:

– MUST HAVE Excellent written communication skills in English, with a keen eye for detail and grammar
– Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively
– Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and generate innovative ideas
– Experience with Notion, Canva, InVideo, Shopify, TikTok, Facebook ads, and Instagram is desired but not required
– A proactive and self-motivated attitude, with the ability to work independently and take initiative
– Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changes in a fast-paced environment
– Willingness to learn new skills and stay updated with industry developments- Familiarity with social media platforms, particularly TikTok, Facebook, and Instagram
– Proficiency in using social media management tools and analytics to track performance and make data-driven decisions
– Previous experience in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing is a plus
