My name is Abraham Walker, and I run a real estate company called, Ask A Walker. The company is based out of the United States.

One thing you need to know about me is that I am incredibly hilarious and also hate meetings. Most of the sessions I’ve attended at companies are a complete waste of time.

If you come to work with me, I will not waste your time. In addition to letting you work, I also give my Virtual Assistants (VA) a lot of freedom to perform their tasks promptly.

There’s nothing I hate more than a manager or boss who places unrealistic expectations on their partners. My goal is never to be that type of manager.

Look, I know that you’ve worked for other American companies that treat you like a second-class citizen from a third-world country. That’s not the case in my organization.

One of the things that’s unique about this opportunity is that you’ll get a chance to contribute like you’re a valued team player.

After performing your tasks for the first few weeks, I see it like this: you’ll be the most experienced and knowledgeable person with those skills inside the company. It only makes sense to ask that person for guidance and direction regarding their realm of expertise.

My name is Abraham, and I’m looking for a full-time virtual assistant with strong English and communication skills. Only applicants with experience using the following products will be taken seriously:

You will be the third hirer in the content creation area of the company. Our first hire, Franco, has been with us for over 12 months.

Some of your responsibilities include:

– uploading videos to Tiktok, Instagram, and Facebook
– managing our new construction database
– managing our monthly market reports
– managing our public school database
– monitoring and managing comments across all social media platforms
– reviewing local news websites for upcoming attraction content for our monthly “what’s new” video
– reviewing local websites for things to do in the area
– handling some day-to-day tasks to ensure the content team is moving forward

Let’s talk for a few seconds about what you will not do:

– you will never be asked to come to work early or leave late
– you will work a schedule you decide (most of our workers start working at 8 pm EST); no more working at night
– you will not have to write scripts or make content (we have a writer on the team for that)

The goal is to keep the content being produced by our video editor (soon-to-be editors) uploaded to all platforms while keeping the content creation segment of the company running smoothly.
