Virtual Assistant – Social Media Marketing and Sales Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Sales and Marketing Virtual Assistant with a strong background in social media marketing and sales to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas for customers in the United States, possess exceptional customer retention and relationship-building skills, and be comfortable working on a base + commission pay structure. You would be helping us get prospects who are wanting to get on a consultation with our team. If the prospect becomes a paying client after talking with us, you would earn commissions on each of those transactions, in addition to your base pay.

Responsibilities:

– Develop and implement social media marketing strategies tailored to our target audience
– Research and Identify potential customers on various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, and TikTok
– Utilize best methodologies such as 1:80 framework to engage with potential customers, providing value and building relationships that lead to sales
– Monitor relevant keywords and hashtags to identify and respond to potential leads
– Reach out to leads and prospects with personalized messages, offering assistance, information, and valuable resources
– Maintain consistent communication with potential and existing customers, fostering strong relationships and customer loyalty
– Convert leads into sales, presenting our products or services as solutions to customer needs
– Meet and exceed sales quotas on a consistent basis
– Provide regular reports on sales progress, customer retention, and relationship-building efforts

Requirements:

– Minimum of 2 years of experience in social media marketing and sales, with a focus on meeting sales quotas for US-based customers
– Strong knowledge of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices for customer engagement
– Proven track record in customer retention and relationship-building
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills
– Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
– Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable with engaging with leads and prospects
– Familiarity with the base + commission pay structure

What We Offer:

– Base monthly pay starting at $200 + commission, based on experience and performance
– For example, if you are able to help us close 2 large deals a month, your commissions could be anywhere from $175-$350, and your compensation for that month would be between $375-$550. Your commission is not capped, if you help us close more deals in a month, you would be earning a lot more.
