Role Summary:
As a Virtual Assistant specializing in social media outreach, you will play a crucial role in generating leads and booking appointments for live demos of our AI-powered solutions. Your primary focus will be on engaging with potential clients through social media platforms, including following, liking, commenting, and direct messaging, to build interest and secure appointments. This role requires a proactive individual with excellent communication skills and a strategic mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

Execute targeted social media outreach campaigns to engage with potential clients on platforms such as LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram.
Follow, like, and comment on posts from potential clients and industry influencers to increase brand visibility and engagement.
Send personalized direct messages to potential clients, introducing our solutions and securing appointments for live demos.
Maintain a consistent brand voice and message across all interactions.
Monitor social media platforms for opportunities to engage in relevant conversations and represent our brand.
Track and analyze engagement metrics to refine outreach strategies.
Produce weekly reports on outreach performance, including engagement rates, lead generation metrics, and appointment bookings.
Work closely with the marketing team to align social media outreach strategies with overall marketing goals.
Requirements:

Proven experience in social media management or digital marketing, preferably with a focus on B2B outreach.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong understanding of social media platforms and best practices for engagement.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Experience with social media analytics and reporting tools.
High level of organization and attention to detail.
Positive, proactive attitude with a strong work ethic.
Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies and platforms.
