Starting Rate: $6/hour

Job Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and motivated Virtual Assistant specializing in sales to join our team. This role involves bringing in clients for our virtual assistance company, which caters to real estate companies and small business owners. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively within the US Eastern Time zone.

Key Responsibilities:
Identify and generate new sales leads through various channels, including online research, networking, and referrals.
Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients in the real estate and small business sectors.
Conduct sales presentations and pitch our virtual assistance services to prospective clients.
Understand client needs and tailor solutions to meet their specific requirements.
Manage and update CRM systems to track leads, sales activities, and client interactions.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales strategies and promotional materials.
Provide regular sales reports and updates to management.
Assist with other administrative tasks as needed to support the overall sales process.

Qualifications:
Proven experience in sales, preferably in a virtual assistant or real estate setting.
Strong understanding of the real estate industry and small business operations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
High level of organizational skills and attention to detail.
Comfortable working remotely and within the Eastern Time zone in the US.
