Job Responsibilities:
*Telegram Management:
– Create and manage Telegram groups and channels.
– Monitor and respond to messages and inquiries in a timely manner.
– Develop and execute content strategies to increase engagement and followers.
– Conduct regular analysis of group/channel performance and implement improvements.
*Twitter Management:
– Develop and schedule engaging tweets and threads.
– Monitor and respond to mentions, direct messages, and comments.
– Use Twitter analytics to track performance and optimize content.
– Stay updated with the latest Twitter trends and incorporate them into our strategy.
*TikTok Management:
– Create and post engaging and creative TikTok videos.
– Monitor and respond to comments and messages.
– Analyze TikTok performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.
– Stay informed about the latest TikTok trends and features to keep content fresh and relevant.
*Graphic Design:
– Design visually appealing graphics for social media posts, stories, and advertisements.
– Create branded content that aligns with the company’s visual identity.
– Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts and campaigns.
– Use design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva) to produce high-quality graphics.
*General Administrative Tasks:
– Schedule and coordinate virtual meetings and appointments.
– Maintain and update social media calendars.
– Perform research on industry trends and competitors.
– Assist with other administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements:
– Proven experience managing Telegram, Twitter, and TikTok accounts.
– Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective best practices.
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
– Creative mindset with the ability to produce engaging content.
– Strong graphic design skills with proficiency in design software.
– Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
– Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
– Familiarity with social media analytics tools.
– Availability to work full-time and flexibility to adjust to different time zones as needed.
Preferred Qualifications:
– Experience in a virtual assistant role or similar.
