Responsibilities:

Manage rental inquiries and reservations with a focus on delivering outstanding customer service.
Handle guest communications, including inquiries, check-ins, and feedback responses.
Conduct cold calls to properties for partnership opportunities and rental offerings.
Collaborate with the team to optimize property listings and pricing strategies.
Coordinate with cleaning and maintenance teams for timely turnovers.
Address and resolve guest concerns and issues promptly.
Maintain accurate and organized records of rental activities.
Stay informed about industry trends and competitors in the short-term rental market.
Work flexible hours, including overtime, to meet operational demands.
Assist with various administrative tasks to support daily operations.
Requirements:

Proven experience in customer service, preferably in short-term rentals.
