Key Responsibilities:
Email and Communication Management: You will be the linchpin of our communication, managing emails and phone calls with a high level of proficiency in English. Fluency in Swedish is a plus. Your role will include handling cold emails, replying promptly, and scheduling meetings, ensuring effective and efficient communication at all times.
Project and Grant Writing Support: Play a vital role in managing various sustainability projects, including overseeing student application processes. You will also assist in grant writing, a critical aspect of our work, requiring attention to detail and a strong understanding of sustainability concepts.
Research and Analysis: Conduct market research and prepare comprehensive reports and presentations. Your research skills will be instrumental in guiding our strategies and initiatives in sustainability.
CRM and Website Management: Maintain and update our CRM systems to ensure accurate record-keeping and client management. Additionally, manage and update our website content using WordPress and Elementor, keeping our digital presence current and engaging.
Customer Service and Sustainability Tasks: Perform customer service tasks, ensuring client satisfaction and maintaining high service standards. You will also be involved in various sustainability-related tasks and initiatives, contributing directly to our mission of enhancing sustainability efforts.
Skills and Qualifications:
Advanced proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite.
Demonstrated experience in handling emails, including cold emailing and response management.
Strong CRM management skills.
Basic understanding and experience with WordPress and Elementor.
Knowledge of sustainability concepts and a passion for environmental issues.
Exceptional time management, organizational, and communication skills.
High attention to detail and ability to work independently.
Flexibility to work across different time zones.
Nice-to-Have Skills:
Experience with Rise Articulate.
Background in project management.
Capacity to perform comprehensive market research.
Technical Requirements:
Stable internet connection.
A computer capable of running Microsoft Office and other online tools efficiently.
Work Policy:
Flexible working hours.
Regular reporting via email or Skype or Microsoft Teams, with urgent matters communicated through WhatsApp during the day.
