Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and highly organized Talent/Content Creator Virtual Assistant to support our team of social media talents. As a talent Virtual Assistant, you will play a crucial role in managing various administrative and operational tasks, allowing our talents to focus on creating compelling content and engaging with their audience. This is a remote position that offers flexibility and the opportunity to work with a dynamic team in the digital marketing industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Management:
-Assist in developing talent brand, content strategy, and audience engagement techniques.
-Partnership and Collaboration:
-Act as the main point of contact between talent and brands/agencies.
-Pitch talent campaigns and negotiate contracts and deals on behalf of the talent.
-Identify and secure sponsorship and collaboration opportunities that align with the talent’s brand and target audience.
-Coordinate campaign logistics, ensuring timely delivery of content and fulfillment of contractual obligations.

Brand Development and Strategy:
-Stay updated on industry trends, emerging platforms, and changes in social media algorithms.
-Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify potential growth opportunities for talent.
-Collaborate with talent to develop content strategies that align with their brand and target audience.
-Provide guidance on content creation, ensuring quality, authenticity, and compliance with legal and ethical standards.
-Financial and Administrative Responsibilities:
-Manage talent contracts, including negotiating rates, deliverables, and exclusivity agreements.
-Monitor and track talent campaigns’ performance, providing regular reports and insights to talents and brands.
-Handle financial aspects, such as invoicing, payment tracking, and budget management for talent campaigns.
-Stay informed about industry regulations and guidelines related to talent marketing and ensure compliance.

Qualifications and Skills:
-Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field (preferred).
-Proven experience in talent marketing, talent management, or digital marketing.
-Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
-Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and talent culture.
-Ability to identify and assess talent, recognizing potential talents.
-Familiarity with contract negotiation, financial management, and legal considerations.
-Analytical mindset with the ability to track campaign performance and provide actionable insights.
-Organizational skills to handle multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
-Creativity and strategic thinking to develop effective brand strategies and collaborations.
-Familiarity with talent marketing platforms, analytics tools, and content creation software.
