Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Virtual Assistant Team Lead to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a team of 10-15 virtual assistants (VAs), ensuring they meet their Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and delivering exceptional service to our clients. You will host daily team meetings, conduct one-on-one sessions, review their work, and drive business outcomes through effective leadership. Additionally, you will interface with clients via email to ensure their service delivery meets our high standards.

Responsibilities:

Manage and lead a team of 10-15 virtual assistants, providing guidance and support.
Host daily meetings with the VA team to review progress, address challenges, and set goals.
Conduct regular one-on-one sessions with VAs to discuss performance, provide feedback, and identify areas for improvement.
Review the work produced by VAs to ensure quality and adherence to company standards.
Monitor and ensure the team meets or exceeds their KPIs.
Interface with clients via email to ensure their service delivery is on par with expectations.
Foster a positive team environment that encourages collaboration, innovation, and high performance.
Identify and implement strategies to drive business outcomes and improve team efficiency.
Provide training and development opportunities for VAs to enhance their skills and career growth.

Requirements:

Proven experience in a leadership role managing virtual teams.
Demonstrated ability to drive business outcomes and improve team performance.
Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in using project management tools and communication platforms.
Ability to work US business hours.
High level of professionalism and attention to detail.
Experience interfacing with clients and ensuring high-quality service delivery.

Preferred Qualifications:

Background in client relations.
Knowledge of KPI tracking and performance evaluation.
