Job Description

Hi there! I’m looking for someone to handle phone support/sales for my US-based real estate business. All instructions/training will be provided!

You’ll be working Fri through Tues, 10am PT – 5pm PT (with an hour long lunch break from 1-2pm). Later on, I may adjust these hours (maybe more like 12pm-7pm w/ an hour lunch. Not sure yet though) – so you’d need to be flexible w/ future schedule changes. Asof now, this is a short term position (maybe a month or so) – but DOES have the potential to be extended indefinitely later on. Also, if 30 hrs a week is too much for you (for whatever reason) – I’d be willing to consider as low as 25 hrs/week.

You’ll be expected to do the following. Otherwise, PLEASE DO NOT APPLY:
– speak English PERFECTLY (you MUST sound like you’re from the US!)
– LOVE talking to people on the phone! You’ll be doing it pretty much the ENTIRE TIME! You’ll likely be doing some cold calling as well. I may mix in some admin/other tasks as well though, so you’d need flexibility across the baord on the tasks you perform 🙂
– work from a computer, while tracking your time in (and also recording all computer screen/audio activity for my review), during all working hours
– have a fast, reliable computer and internet connection. Have a smartphone as well
– communicate regularly with me and my local assistant via Skype
– provide a detailed End Of Day status each day, detailing tasks and accomplishments
