Hi, we own multiple residential assisted living homes in the New Orleans, LA area and we need a virtual assistant to assist with many tasks in our day to day business. Top priorities are to order supplies from amazon lists, categorize quickbooks transactions, file termination paperwork with the state, review camera footage, find cheapest price supplies on amazon, communicate with employees, field employee questions about paystubs and other needs, somehow put payroll dollars and hours into a chart regularly so we can analyze them, organize receipts in dropbox for taxes, create facebook posts and boost them, create documents, manage our digital signage(we use Optisign), design training materials.
BIG PLUS: If you know how to use Zapier to automate tasks for us or help setup automation in any other way that can help smooth operations, we really need help there. If you can help us use AI in any way, we need help there. We use the following platforms: Ringcentral, Calendly, Monday, Microsoft Office, Canva, ChatGPT, When I Work, BambooHR, Dropbox but we are open to using anything you can recommend. We would love to learn how Microsoft tools like Dynamics 365, Microsoft Power platform, Power Automate, create simple microsoft power BI dashboards, or similar software. We can even look at setting up GoHighLevel. If you can program or automate things that way, we can benefit from that as well.
We have plenty of work for the right person. VA must have the ability learn processes quickly, work on their own, communicate in English, write in English properly, be willing to learn new skills and bring ideas to us that help make our business more efficient.
