Client Overview:
*Michele is an accomplished professor, therapist, and most importantly, a super kind human! She’s looking for an awesome unicorn to help her with her digital courses, products, and marketing.
These are the must-haves:
*Flexible schedule, you will get to choose the set 4-hour block you work each day, but you must be able to attend meetings with Michele, late morning or early afternoon Eastern time (US)
*Must have experience selling products online
*Must be familiar with mental health topics and the ability to handle content sensitively and knowledgeably
*Must have experience with email marketing
*Strong written and verbal communication abilities
*Must be super organized
*Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality control
*Experience with e-commerce marketing is nice to have

And these are the responsibilities and tasks (you will be trained on anything that isn’t in the requirements):
Online Course:
*Promote and market Michele’s online course on her social media platforms
*Improve and update the existing online course hosted on Wix
Product Development and Fulfillment:
*Take Digital Products (workbooks, motivational card decks, etc.) and make physical products from them
*Help Michele set up a system where she can create new things to sell and someone else packages it
*Establish a fulfillment system to handle creation and distribution of new products
Social Media Management:
*Edit Michele’s videos
*Enhance and improve Michele’s written and video content, post it on her social media platforms, and use appropriate hashtags
Email Marketing:
*Develop strategies to utilize an existing collection of emails for marketing purposes
*Recommend and implement suitable email marketing tools
