This is a completely new role for that will hopefully have reoccurring hours depending on the success, due to this I am open to discussing the hours and wage but please note the hours will be small to start with as we test out this role. This is a great role for someone just needing a bit of extra income as I can be quite flexible in terms of what time and day you work.
While I would love someone with previous customer service and admin background, I am open to those with no experience but a great attitude. Training will be given.
It is a simple role, but I just need it out of my hands so I can focus on the main part of my business.
As a tattoo artist I spend a lot of time online messaging back and forth between clients. I need someone who is willing to learn what information I need in order to quote a design and draw it up so I can just focus on my art, as well as answer reoccurring client questions.
My clients experiences are the most important to me so I want someone who is very customer service based, friendly and hopefully have a creative eye or love for the arts as that may help you in this role, but it is not necessary!
I have a live booking website where clients can book themselves in once I have given them the link, so you don’t even need to bother about finding appointment dates or taking payment!
-answer client messages on instagram & email (potentially Facebook in the future)
-get required information from enquiries to forward onto myself for confirmation.
-Once confirmed forward booking link onto client.
-Like tattoo posts from artists I follow in remaining time to boost engagement.
-different admin tasks as required
No photo comments are to be made or responded to, I only need help with direct messages.
